With a solid plan and a vigorous work ethic, finding a new position is absolutely possible.

After working for a large semiconductor manufacturer for 20 years, Bob was ready for a new challenge. He wanted to work in a different industry and he wanted to do different work than he had done before. We worked together for a few months and he succeeded in landintg his ideal job.

There are many reasons you may be returning to the workforce and none of them are as important as the value you offer to employers. Layoffs, raising children, taking a sabbatical, helping the family and pursuing something different are all valid. Yes, employers want you! But it will take having a plan and working it consistently.

After a career in marketing, followed by years staying at home raising kids, it was time for Lynn to go back to work. But she had burning desire to go out on her own as a life coach. We worked together for a few months and Lynn successfully launched her coaching and speaking business with joy.

Fantastic Resource”

”I’ve had the great fortune of working with Margo over the past few months while transitioning my career from one industry to another. We were introduced by a colleague at a seminar last year and I felt a real connection with her. As I’ve interacted with Margo at workshops she’s conducted, I observe she makes that same connection with all of her clients. I believe keys to her success in relating to others in business include: intently listening to her clients; quickly analyzing their situation; customizing a strategic solution with specific action steps and coaching clients through the process. Margo was an immense help to me in developing my online presence and resume. She then coached me through strategies in how to penetrate the companies which interested me and how to land interviews. Her support played a large part in my successful transition to a new industry and I have secured an ideal position. I wholeheartedly endorse Margo as a fantastic resource to anyone needing a hand in business navigation or career coaching..

Literally changed my life!”

“I just wrapped up a six week coaching session with Margo and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t hire her sooner. Margo’s coaching literally changed me and my business. Promoting myself was not one of my strengths but Margo took the fear out of it by helping me outline a step-by-step process to take my business to the next level. Her coaching style is warm and friendly – you know she’s in your corner – while her knowledge of sales and marketing, and more importantly what will get results, is spot on.
